I am one of the founders of Aeternum, as well as a certified coach and supervisor in the field of leadership. In my daily work I support organisations and the people within them — helping them grow both professionally and personally, build healthier systems and feel more confident and conscious on their development journey.

I am a psychologist by training and have also studied business management. In recent years I have deepened my understanding of systemic approaches to leadership and enhanced my skills as a coach–supervisor. This has opened up a completely new level of insight for me — the ability to recognise patterns that often go unnoticed in organisations, yet have a powerful impact on how people collaborate, function and evolve. When teams become aware of these patterns, they can begin to change from the inside out, not only externally.

I have been an entrepreneur for over 16 years, working across different sectors and with a wide range of teams. This experience has taught me to value simplicity, flexibility and humanity. Perhaps the greatest wisdom is learning to stay true to yourself, even when everything around you is changing.

Clients describe my trainings as human, practical, flexible and genuine. I believe that learning is most impactful when it is created together — through humour, empathy and real-life examples. Every organisation has its own rhythm of development, and my role is to help them find it: sometimes to speed it up, sometimes to slow it down — always in a way that truly supports their growth.

I am also a strong believer in the power of education. I’m convinced that meaningful, long-term improvements in society begin there. When we support learning — not just teaching — we help people become more curious, more self-aware and more courageous in changing themselves and, as a result, the world around them.
