In recent years, we have been using the visualization method instead of traditional take- home booklets as our training materials.

What does this mean?

In addition to the consultant, the training day will be facilitated by a visualizer. Her task is to capture, with symbols and keywords, all that is discussed during the training. In this way a large poster with unique and “living” information, is born.

At the end of the training day, all participants have the opportunity to capture the image with their smart device. The original visualization poster remains with the organization and can be placed in an environment where it is constantly visible and acting as a reminder for the participants. In addition, the visualization can be reproduced in smaller formats for each participant if needed.

Why the visualization method?

• Studies have shown that linking new information to subject-related images helps you remember better.
• The images go directly into a person’s long-term memory, where they are permanently etched.
• American education scientist Edgar Dale researched the effectiveness of different types of lectures and discovered that only 25% of the oral lecture was remembered three hours later and just 10% after three days. In contrast, 80% and 65% of the visualized lecture was remembered, respectively.
• A picture delivers the message much faster.
• The training materials are always with you in a compact form and can be used comfortably as a reminder to practice what you have learned.
• The visualization can be placed in an environment where participants can see it,
  remember it, and refer to it, for example: “Remember, we learned during the training … .., try to use this technique with the client.”
