In my daily work at Aeternum, I serve as the Client Relations Manager. My sincere interest lies in bringing two sides together: the learner on one hand and the provider of new knowledge on the other. I also advise clients both before and after their development programmes to ensure the experience is meaningful and well-supported.
My previous work and study experiences have allowed me to take on a variety of significant roles across different organisations. I hold a degree in Applied Psychology with a specialisation in Service Management from the Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences, and I have complemented this with additional training in sales psychology, negotiation skills, communication, leadership and customer service.
I live by the understanding that before you can truly understand someone else, you must first understand yourself. By reflecting on what we learn and experience, we are better equipped to achieve both our personal and professional goals.
If you’re looking for a development programme for yourself or your team, feel free to get in touch — I’ll be happy to help you create a positive and enriching learning experience.
