Coaching

Coaching — literally “searching together” — is a purposeful conversational process that supports goal-setting, movement towards those goals and overcoming internal barriers.
A coach does not provide ready-made answers; instead, they help the individual discover them for themselves. The result is greater clarity, motivation and confidence to take action.
Our coaching is a structured development journey (typically five sessions), during which the participant steps outside their usual thinking patterns and explores challenges from new perspectives.

Supervision

Supervision is designed for individuals and teams whose work centres around client relationships.
We explore client cases and interaction dynamics to understand how people function in their roles and how collaboration unfolds within the team. Through reflective dialogue, participants gain insight into challenging situations, consciously shape their communication culture and strengthen team cohesion.

What can the development programme focus on?

Individual coaching or supervision
One-to-one work with a coach or supervisor, centred on building self-awareness, taking responsibility, clarifying goals and overcoming barriers in personal and professional development.
Team supervision
For teams within the same organisation, including the manager. The focus is on collaboration, relationships and aligning around shared goals within an existing work structure.
Group supervision
Brings together people from similar roles across different organisations. Participants explore professional challenges, set goals, build awareness and examine client cases collectively.
