2024–2025. we delivered an extensive development programme involving store managers, office and logistics teams, as well as regional leaders from the Tartu area.

Objective
To strengthen leaders’ ability to hold developmental one-to-one conversations and give constructive feedback, while supporting teams in building a shared mindset for implementing change and achieving common goals.
Outcomes
- Participants developed practical skills for conducting effective conversations and delivering motivational feedback.
- Increased awareness of emotional regulation and the fundamentals of calm, constructive communication.
- Teams clarified their shared goals and identified collaborative ways to achieve them.
- Leaders gained a clearer understanding of how to involve and support people during change.
- A stronger sense of unity and collective responsibility emerged across the organisation.
