Eesti Energia Group employs around 5,000 people, making it one of Estonia’s largest employers. One of the organisation’s strategic priorities is the continuous development of its people and the strengthening of leadership capability at all levels.

Eesti Energia is a long-term partner of Aeternum. Through joint training programmes and development initiatives, we have supported leaders and teams in building greater awareness, openness and collaboration.

Objective

To strengthen self-leadership and collaboration skills — enabling employees to better understand themselves and others, prevent unnecessary conflict and find constructive solutions that create value both within teams and in customer relationships.
