I am one of Aeternum’s founders and work as a consultant–trainer. I’ve been involved in consulting and training since 2005. Since 2019 I have held a Level 7 trainer qualification, and I am also a certified coach and supervisor in the field of leadership.

For me, the most important thing is helping people think beyond their current frame of reference.

I am an adult educator and psychologist by training. I have also studied pedagogy, am a graduate of the Youth to School programme, and have worked as a teacher of Estonian language and literature. I value continuous learning and development, and I actively look for ways to expand my knowledge and gain new experiences. New experiences inspire me most — which is why I am always willing to step outside my comfort zone, initiate change and create something new.

As a person, I am very results-oriented, and this is evident in my everyday work. It is important to me that every training genuinely supports the goals we set. To achieve meaningful outcomes, I rely on systematic and holistic ways of working. My friends say I am a sunny person with a good sense of humour who inspires others through my own example.

I am also a trainer at the Äripäev Academy.
