My role at Aeternum is to build and nurture client relationships.
Having worked in various service companies and international organisations, I bring extensive hands-on experience in customer service and client relations. My professional work is supported by the knowledge I gained at the University of Tartu’s Institute of Law, and I have also completed a three-year qualification in Transpersonal Psychology and Hypnotherapy. These studies continue to shape both my professional and personal life.
I have furthered my skills through a wide range of trainings in psychology, communication, service, sales and self-management (including NLP), as well as courses in marketing, financial management and product development.
Alongside this, I have substantial practical experience in organising client events, preparing training programmes and working in sales. These experiences created the foundation that led me to join Aeternum’s professional team.
A belief that guides me is this: for learning to be effective and long-lasting, a person needs supportive curiosity. I approach my work with the mindset that life can be simple — and that even challenging situations can be transformed into something useful, something that ultimately works in our favour.
Friends describe me as fair and caring, someone who is consistent in everything I do. My cheerful nature and confidence are complemented by a good sense of humour.
