Luunja Lasteaed Midrimaa is dedicated to supporting each child’s development in partnership with families, valuing play, care, and healthy, sustainable lifestyles. Over the years, the kindergarten has steadily grown — new groups, new people, and with them a growing awareness of teamwork, collaboration and the importance of a positive working culture.
Their collaboration with Aeternum has helped teachers, assistants and support staff discover new perspectives on how to sustain team spirit, stay motivated and maintain inner balance during periods of change.

Objective
Toetada lasteaia töötajaid enesekindlalt liikuma „tuleviku lasteaia“ suunas, arendades meeskonnasisest koostööd, positiivset suhtlust ja teadlikku enesejuhtimist.
Koolituste fookuses olid õpetajate rolli ja motivatsiooni mõtestamine, oskus tulla toime muutustega ning mõista eri generatsioonide ja isiksuste mõju meeskonnatööle.
