My professional work is supported by the knowledge I gained at the University of Tartu\u2019s Institute of Law, and I have also completed a three-year qualification in Transpersonal Psychology and Hypnotherapy. These studies continue to shape both my professional and personal life.  <br\/><br\/>I have furthered my skills through a wide range of trainings in psychology, communication, service, sales and self-management (including NLP), as well as courses in marketing, financial management and product development.<br\/><br\/><br\/>Alongside this, I have substantial practical experience in organising client events, preparing training programmes and working in sales. These experiences created the foundation that led me to join Aeternum\u2019s professional team.<br\/><br\/>A belief that guides me is this: for learning to be effective and long-lasting, a person needs supportive curiosity. I approach my work with the mindset that life can be simple \u2014 and that even challenging situations can be transformed into something useful, something that ultimately works in our favour.  <br\/><br\/>Friends describe me as fair and caring, someone who is consistent in everything I do.
