I am passionate about leadership and adult development, and my mission is to support people in their professional and personal growth through self-analysis and deep reflection. My journey began with studying adult education at Tallinn University, which gave me a strong foundation for understanding learners’ needs and how to pass on knowledge in a meaningful, effective way. In recent years, my primary focus has been leadership development, career counselling and supporting leaders in their everyday challenges. In my role, I work closely with leaders — helping them grow, supporting their development and strengthening the skills they need to guide and empower their people. As a consultant, I design strategic solutions and thoughtful development programmes that help organisations become stronger and more resilient.

I have a particular interest — and practical experience — in managing difficult or emotionally charged conversations. These situations always provide both challenge and opportunity, allowing me to draw on psychological insight, communication skills and self-management tools, including NLP. I believe that a personal approach, paired with reflection, creates the right conditions for sustainable development — both for individuals and for the organisation as a whole.

I have deepened my knowledge through a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Development, as well as further studies in psychology, marketing, visual communication and youth work. I always connect theory with real experience. My background in customer service, sales, management and training coordination gives me a broad perspective when supporting people and organisational development. My motto is: all or nothing. I give my full commitment to everything I do — and this helps achieve the best possible results.
